I think we as an informed nation; could have done better with the technology of phone tracing and Amber alerts.
For those who were out on the roads and trying to find a station, ANY STATION, carrying up-to-date warnings as to where the tornadoes were; there was not an up-to-date warning. Hopefully NEW ALERT SYSTEMS can come of age and we can employ new techniques in the future.
